Services provided under contract with this municipality are detailed below.

Flexible Plastic Packaging Collection

Flexible packaging is any plastic packaging that is able to flex or wrap such as plastic pouches, wraps, and bags.

Curbside Trash Collection

J.P. Mascaro & Sons works with both individuals and municipalities to provide safe, prompt and dependable service.

Pickup Schedule: • Trash is collected once a week on Wednesday. (Place trash out at the curb the night before your scheduled collection day.)

Limitations / Restrictions: • (8) bags of household trash no heavier than 50 lbs. per pick up day. If not renting carts.

Other Notes: • “per bag” service option for low waste generators by supplying heavy duty 30 gal bags for collection/disposal. The bags can be purchased in a minimum of 20. The bags can shipped directly for a fee or picked up at J.P. Mascaro’s local office.

Bulk Item Collection

Furniture, appliances, carpets, tree limbs larger than 3" in diameter but not longer than 36"

Pickup Schedule: • Bulk items are picked up on your collection day one (1) per week.

Single Stream Recycle

Plastic, clear glass, colored glass, aluminum, steel cans, aseptic cartons, cardboard and paper.

Pickup Schedule: Collected every other Wednesday depending where you live in the Township with 1/2 the Township one week and the other 1/2 the following week. Remember place items for collection at the curb the night before your scheduled collection day.

Yard Waste

Leaves, sticks, branches, twigs no more than four feet in length and less than 4" diameter.

Pickup Schedule: Yard Waste Collection (service days have not changed)

Limitations / Restrictions: • Bags or barrels of yard waste (shrubs, tree trimmings, bush pruning, etc.) per pick up day. • Branches (bulk item) should be no longer than 4 feet in length, weighing no more than 50lbs. per bundle.



Holiday Service Exceptions:
Offices and operations are closed on Labor Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Some of our municipal contracts specify other dates that we are not allowed to service, but our offices will be open. In most cases, if you receive twice a week service and one of the above holidays falls on a collection day, you will be serviced on your next scheduled collection day. If you receive once a week service, collection will be moved to the next day.
