THE BOROUGH OF BRISTOL AWARDS $18 MILLION WASTE COLLECTION CONTRACT TO J. P. MASCARO & SONS

On May 8, 2023, Bristol Borough Council awarded local waste service company J. P. Mascaro & Sons a seven-year, $18 million contract to collect and dispose of Bristol Borough’s residential waste.  Mascaro will provide twice-a-week curbside trash collection and once-per-week recyclables curbside collection starting January 1, 2024.

Mascaro Company Director of Sales and Marketing, Sam Augustine, said, “We are very excited to be working with the Borough of Bristol. We look forward to serving Bristol Borough residents for years to come.”  Mascaro will perform this contract out of its Bridgeport, Pennsylvania, Operating Division, with a modern fleet of collection vehicles and with CDL-trained drivers.  “Our company takes great pride in providing quality service to the municipalities we serve, and the Borough of Bristol will be no different,” said Augustine.
