Local solid waste and recycling company, J.P. Mascaro & Sons has been awarded a new 3-year contract with two one-year options to serve the residents of Hamburg Borough, Berks County. This contract starts September 1, 2024 and covers removal of waste, recyclables and yard waste for all Hamburg Borough residents.
Collection services will be provided by Mascaro’s Berks County Division, which employs about 100 personnel. This facility is the base operation for 50 collection vehicles, which serve counties, including, Berks, Chester, Montgomery and Schuylkill Counties, which all benefit from well-organized daily collection services.
