West Easton Borough council members voted to award local solid waste hauling company J.P. Mascaro & Sons its comprehensive once a week collection for trash and every other week recycling contract valued at $1.6 million dollars for a 5-year term with 2 additional option years.
J. P. Mascaro & Sons is a local company founded and headquartered in Lower Providence Township, Montgomery County, and is the largest privately owned waste company in the Northeast. J.P. Mascaro & Sons, local Lehigh Valley Division will service the West Easton Borough residents.
The company was founded by Joseph P. Mascaro, Sr. and is operated by his five sons and his grandchildren.
