Rose Valley Borough council members voted to award local solid waste hauling company J.P. Mascaro & Sons; a recycling collection contract for a 1-year term. Recycling curbside collection will be every other week collection.
J. P. Mascaro & Sons is a local company founded and headquartered in Lower Providence Township, Montgomery County, and is the largest privately owned waste company in the Northeast. J.P. Mascaro & Sons, local Lehigh Valley Division will service the Rose Valley Borough residents.
The company was founded by Joseph P. Mascaro, Sr. and is operated by his five sons and his grandchildren.
