Local waste company J. P. Mascaro & Sons has been awarded a three-year service contract valued more than $1.7 Million to serve the residents of Borough of Mount Penn, Berks County, Pennsylvania. Mascaro will be responsible for providing twice a week, trash collection, one time a week recycling collection services and yard waste collection from April through November for all residents of the Borough.
