MASCARO OPENS RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING CENTER ON   HIGH STREET IN POTTSTOWN BOROUGH

Local solid waste and recycling company, J.P. Mascaro & Sons, is currently expanding their operations in Berks County and are looking for top personnel to join their team.  To ensure they hire those that will uphold their high standards, Mascaro has opened a recruiting and training center in the heart of Pottstown Borough.  Located at 221 Est High Street, this facility will act as a hub to hire and educate those seeking a stable career with Mascaro.

Mascaro’s state-of-the-art Materials Recovery Facility, TotalRecycle, premiere landfill, Pioneer Crossing, and two major hauling divisions in Mount Penn and Souderton will serve as feeders to the new center.  Scheduled to open September 15th, 2018, perspective employees without transportation will be able to utilize the recruitment center as a meeting place where transportation to work will be provided.  

Potential employees will be both hired and trained at this location.  Employees will receive valuable insight from Mascaro Team Members, according to Director of Safety, Ben Mascaro, “It’s vital for an employee to understand all situations they may face prior to getting out on the road.  Knowledge and proper technique training results in a safe environment.”
