West Chester University will start on July 1, 2021 and will be serviced by Mascaro’s Souderton Division. Pocono Country Place is a 3-year contract, with once per week trash collection and every other week collection for recyclables for a community of 5,500 households. The Pocono County Place contract will start on June 17, 2021 and will be serviced by Mascaro’s Wyoming Valley Division.
