The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental
Protection (DEP) has awarded a 10-year permit to Lehigh Valley Recycle. This facility is located in North Whitehall
Township, Lehigh County and is one of Pennsylvania’s largest waste transfer
facilities, owned by local solid waste and recycling conglomerate, J.P. Mascaro
& Sons.

The Lehigh
Valley Recycling Transfer Station operates six days a week and is permitted for
4200 tons of waste per day, including 100 tons of recyclables. It handles municipal waste and approved
