The facility is strategically situated to provide new employment opportunities for drivers, helpers and maintenance personnel. Situated at the Willow Grove train station, the facility will provide easy access for Mascaro workers needing to get to work via public transportation.
Pat Mascaro Jr., Director of Human Resources, for the long established and expanding solid waste company indicated this concept of a recruitment center has been very successful for the company at a facility established two years ago in the Borough of Pottstown.
Mascaro stated our company has a large service presence in Eastern Montgomery County as well as Bucks County. This location will facilitate easy access to the company’s vehicles at the beginning of the workday and make it very convenient for the employees to return home after work. Mascaro added this is a “win win” for both the company and the employees as we anticipate the strategic location of the facility will allow the company to meet its service obligations with the men working a shorter work day due to the projected logistics of our work schedules.
