Local waste removal and recycling contractor, J. P. Mascaro & Sons, is in the final mobilization stages for its new long-term contract with CarbonLITE Corporation, the world’s largest producer of food-grade post-consumer recycled PET.
The contract will be serviced 24 hours per day, seven (7) days per week and is equipped onsite with ten (10) self-contained compactors and ten (10) large open top containers. Mike Mascaro, Vice President of Operations, stated his company is excited to have the opportunity to service a contract of the magnitude of CarbonLITE. He stated the demands of this service agreement are intense and we are confident our Berks divisional management team will be up to the task.
Mascaro indicated his company enjoys the advantage of a regional company owned and operated sanitary landfill and a “world class” material recovery facility situated within twenty minutes of the CarbonLITE facility.
