J. P. Mascaro & Sons has announced it has broadened its corporate Quality Control Department. Mascaro is a major provider of waste/recycling services in the Southeastern and Northeastern regions of Pennsylvania. The company is involved in all sectors and segments of the waste industry servicing thousands of commercial and industrial customers and in excess of a million residential customers.
Pat Mascaro, company President, stated J. P. Mascaro & Sons was built on service. The motto of our founder J. P. Mascaro Sr. was “If It’s Service, It’s Us”. We are still guided by this simple but effective motto. Our company is equipped with the resources of a major corporation, yet we maintain the focus and dedication of a local family owned business.
Many companies and residents have come to depend on a consistent level of service day in and day out. However, this reality is heavily dependent on an effective management team, the best of equipment, and a cohesive rank and file workforce performing in the streets on a daily basis. In an effort to supplement the effective local supervisor programs intact, the company has broadened its Corporate Customer Service Program with the addition of Bryant Rowe who reports directly to Pat Mascaro. Mr. Rowe will audit the work of Mascaro’s seasoned supervisory team on a “spot check” basis to assure a continuous high level of service is existing in the collection routes. Mascaro indicated he was very pleased with the heightened program especially in the Municipality of Norristown where Mascaro performs over 80,000 collections on a monthly basis.
